The Business Administration Professional is a key member of the Finance Service Operations team, working in close partnership with Field Services Operations, Tool Depot and Resource Management to ensure the successful execution of projects. This role is responsible for driving commercial excellence across projects, with a strong focus on cost control, overall performance, growth and regional topics.

• How You’ll Make an Impact

• Business administration management and controlling relevant service operations activities and regional tasks
• Timely cost center reporting, proposing and taking measures to ensure targets are reached
• Analysis of actual financial performance and preparation of forecast/budget
• Analysis and support of CAPEX initiatives
• Handling of commercial and financial activities for Field Services and Tool Depot
• Commercial management of internal Service Level Agreements and THOP Agreements
• Commercial management of service orders for the timely execution of the orders,
• including creating project work breakdown structure (WBS), setting up project in SAP,
• revenue recognition, creating purchase orders and invoicing (base on time and material/hourly rates)
• Support all other financial and commercial aspects such as tax issues and L/Cs.
• Handling of contractors and suppliers purchase orders, checking proper timing and cost accuracy of supplier invoices as well as cost controlling.
• Processing of web cycles for supplier invoices: Booking of goods receipt, confirmation of delivery / performance
• Support on the receivables, payables, hedging and the IFRS reporting and related monthly closing activities (FC, Budget, CCM reporting)
• Interfacing and close collaboration with stakeholders such as legal, resource planning, supply chain management, Tax and Accounting, as well as the regional commercial team.
• Drive/support in tasks relating to digitalization and automation.
• Any other commercial and financial duties assigned

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in commercial project management or related field
• Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to details with strong analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge in SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point), Tableau / Power BI knowledge would be an advantage
• Readiness to work in the office not less than 60% per week as well as readiness for business trips whenever required

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
