The Bid Manager is one of the key positions in the overall Siemens Energy sales process! You will work closely with a wide variety of colleagues, senior management, and directly with customers to develop technical solutions for our Grid Technology Transmission Turnkey solutions. This role blends technical and commercial expertise, partnering with internal experts and suppliers to develop proposals that meet customer needs

You manage end-to-end the Bid & associated approval process ("LoA") for assigned proposals with the objective of securing quality orders for projects within markets addressed by the Grid Solution Business Unit.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Join Siemens Energy in Grenoble as a Bid Manager to lead turnkey project bids in turnkey power transmission within the Grid Technologies division.
• You will be responsible for managing the entire bidding process, from preparation to approval, in collaboration with the sales and technical teams.
• This position requires a strong ability to develop winning strategies, coordinate teams, and lead/coordinate negotiations to secure contract awards.
• You will work closely with the purchasing and sales departments to ensure the quality and compliance of proposals.
• Team spirit, strong leadership, and experience in managing complex international projects are essential.
• After an initial period on site, teleworking up to two days per week is possible, in an inclusive environment committed to energy transition.

• Experience in managing bidding process for multi-million euros complex projects.

• Strong leadership qualities and team spirit are crucial.

• Professional and rigourous attitude combined with appropriate behaviour, respect & dignity.
• Experience in Energy sector is definitely a "plus".
