A Snapshot of Your Day
In a typical day in our team, you support the maintenance and development of our master data tools, handling tickets, performing analysis, check our processes quality through our SAP systems. Within your day you collaborate with different colleagues worldwide, from different cultures and nationalities. You will need to save some time to participate in our digitalization projects applied to financial processes and support SAP S4 and Fiori transition.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure optimized usage of SAP MDG and related Master data tools, assume the role of Data Steward for master data topics, data validations, notifications, execution of internal controls.
- Perform controls to ensure quality of our accounting processes, e.g. Master data.
- Performs CO data maintenance and Chart of Accounts governance.
- Be an active part on reorganization and M&A projects.
- Support digitalization initiatives.
What You Bring
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or similar.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Financial Processes, Accounting focus on R2R activities.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and efficient communication skills, team player, initiative, and proactivity.
- Able to work in a changing environment, to learn on the job.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Strong SAP skills (must have), SAP MDG or other maser data tools are appreciated.
About the Team
The Finance Process and System is a team who support the transformation of the SE organization into a lean and digitalize company worldwide which actively participates on complex projects (e.g. S/4Hana transition, Fiori, digitalization tools).
The team represents an excellent opportunity for professional development on a new tailored organization for Siemens Energy business.
