A Snapshot of Your Day
Act as a bridge between employees and HR external service providers for HR administration and HR Payroll requests (General questions about Time&Attendance and Payslips review, Benefits, etc.). Collaborate with the local HR Business Partner and the Regional HR Services Manager in various HR Services-related tasks, focusing on process compliance, data management, and employee support.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensuring the efficient and standardized handling of HR Services inquiries from factory workers in the production plants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between employees and external vendors for HR administration and HR Payroll requests.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness. Implement self service to enable automations and HR process efficiencies. Document end to end processes for HR Processes Factory. Maintaining entries in a knowledge database.
- Provide training, address queries, and resolve issues related to HR tools and systems.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on human resources or comparable know how/experience.
- Professional Experience in HR Services / Business Processes including shared services / HR BPO outsourcing operations, i.e., HR Administration, Payroll, HR query Management (Service Desk (4-6 years)
- Experience in supporting the management / service management of an eco-system of partners / vendors in HR Services.
- English and Portuguese at professional working profiency level.
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Analytical skills and fact-based decision ability, self-directed with an ability to organize, plan, prioritize.
- Outstanding communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated to drive initiatives through to completion as an individual contributor and through others, and ability to thrive in a global environment, working flexibly where required.
- Workday HCM, ServiceNow, SAP and ADP desirable
- Availability to travel 60% of the time (national) - to service Siemens Energy plants
