How You’ll Make an Impact
•Responsible for EAD CN SV service portfolio promotion and sell and commit to the unit target.
•Responsible for department targets, budget and resource plan within the given limits.
•Monitoring sales performance and working on business rolling forecast with the team.
•Ensure the data quality of the sales’ tools by driving the team.
•In charge of service market intelligence and study customers’ demanding, support service portfolio development.
•Support to improve the service business process based on customers’ requirement and Siemens Energy regulation.
•Manage service consultant team and continuously develop the competence of the team members.
•Systematically manage and develop customer relationship for continuously profitable service business with the strong customers’ orientation.
•New portfolio development support
•Overall team management of service consultant department.
•Support short & long term EAD CN service and solution business development.
•Other tasks from the management

What You Bring
•Strong customer orientation and ownership are obligatory.
•Be familiar with Siemens industry automation products, HV/MV/LV power distribution products and Marine, Offshore, Fiber, O&G, and Petrol Chemical verticals’ application technology.
•Be familiar with industry digital technology.
•At least 2~3 years’ experience of service business promotion in industry automation & drive market, the service sales and service sales management experience are preferred.
•2~3 years leadership experience will be preferred.
•Strategic thinking and systematic analysis capability preferred.
•Good English, both written and oral.
•Good PPT designing and excel skill.
•Good communication skill and team working attitude even in the stressful conditions sometimes.
