We are looking for a passionate and dedicated regulation and standardization professional to ensure our product and service quality through compliance and development of industry standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Development, implementation and monitoring of standardization procedures
• Participation in global standardization committees and association bodies in the field of power transformers
• Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Advise and train team members on standardization procedures and processes
• Communicate and inform about latest standard and association activities

What You Bring 

• A degree in a technical field or a comparable qualification
• Experience with standardization and quality management in grid technologies is a plus
• Understanding of international regulations and standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to solve complex problems and find effective solutions
• Fluent in English – speech and writing
