Your Profile:
1. 5年以上制造型工厂(变压器制造优选)工作(精益、制造、工艺、计划、质量)经验
2. 2年以上团队管理或项目管理经验
3. 2年以上数字化管理或项目实施经验
4. 获得过系统的精益生产知识、工具的培训和认证
5. 本科以上学历,工业工程或机械工程相关专业优先。
- 英语4级及以上,听说读写流利
Your Responsibility:
1. 负责工厂战略管理。参与组织战略会,整理结果、管控实施,支持各项action的执行。
2. 对精益工作团队进行管理。
3. Lean:依照roadmap执行各项精益工作:KPIs tracking、E2E VSM、LIP、Kaizen Work、Lean Dojo 精益生产、best practice sharing。根据分工和资源亲自负责某些项目的实施。
4. Digitalization & Automation:作为工厂的DTO,依照总部和PTC的策划推进数字化、自动化转型和实施工作。
5. Productivity:支持各项成本改善项目实施、检查收益、负责OPW系统报告工作。
6. 持续改善建议管理 3i:完善管理系统、审批、奖励、推进建议实施。
7. 5S:负责执行完善5S工作。
8. Training:利用专项和项目执行阶段关注精益工具和文化的培训和推广。
9. Communication & Report:负责工厂与PTC及总部的相关报告、交流工作。
10. Management level和PTC LOE manager安排的临时性项目和工作要求。
