A Quality Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure that products and processes meet organizational and regulatory standards. This role involves collaborating with multi-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry-specific certifications and standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001

A Quality system Engineer is responsible for some administrative areas to assure the quality, follow up of the deviations, support with the Quality Tools in the department.

A Quality Systems Engineer plays a meaningful role in ensuring that the organization's quality systems are robust, efficient, and aligned with business goals.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Developing and maintaining quality control procedures and documentation.
  • Conducting internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards.
  • Analyzing production processes to identify and mitigate risks or inefficiencies.
  • Collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Training employees on quality standards and best practices.
  • Supervising key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and implementing corrective actions as vital.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • Industrial, electrical, mechanical or related engineer grade.
  • Professional Experience: 2 years of experience working in Quality Control. 1 year of experience related with quality systems. 1 year of experience related with customer attention.
  • Technical Knowledge: Expert in the standards ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 270001 and desirable: ISO 31010. Lean Management and Lean tools. Quality Core tools: APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan. Solving Problem tools. Lead Auditor in 19011 (current certificate).
  • Languages: Professional English
  • Skills / Competences: Problem solving, Communication and negotiation skills, Team spirit, Assertiveness.
  • Availability to travel. Desirable: Passport and valid Visa (USA and Canada).

You will belong to the Quality Department, where handle the objective of ensuring zero failures in our process. We work with a program that focuses on achieving the support and development of a quality culture for our process approach.
