How You’ll Make an Impact

• Prepare and check time schedules, outage documentation, equipment list (tools etc.) before submitting to customer, in accordance with Siemens Energy quality guidelines.
• Prepare and check enquiries/offers to/from local sub-suppliers, order to sub-suppliers and following up delivery and payment schedules.
• Co-ordinate complex outages with Siemens Energy head office and product line
• Coordinate and participate in internal and external outage preparation meetings and lesson learnt meetings.
• Site visit for outage preparation within ASEAN region
• Arrange site set-up, including transport of containers and tools
• Assist in budget / forecast planning about inspections, overhauls, repairs modifications etc.
• Collect and compile outage plans in the region, prepare regional outage plan for next 4 years
• Input data in Service planning tools in SAP and Salesforce Lightning system
• Co-ordinate outage progress together onsite with respective Team Leads, Project Manager and customers.
• Review and compile project costs with Commercial and Technical Project Managers.
• Actively support the implementation of FS digitalization and modernization e.g., paperless outage, data driven maintenance, capability based optimized resource allocation, usage of 3-D and remote technologies, drones, etc.

What You Bring

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience working in Project industry, preferably Power Generation or Oil & Gas.
• Experience with Project Management and working in a team will be highly regarded.
• Strong understanding on project procedures and power plant knowledge.
• Ability to work independently, multitask and focus on problem solving.
• Ability to work onsite and travel.
• Excellent communication skills and written English.
• Willing to travel to sites and travel on short notice and able to handle flexible working hours on demand basis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving competence with focus on balanced, pragmatic solutions, excellent customer experience, an affinity to technology and innovation and the willingness to fast-track if required.
