How You Will Make an Impact

• Development of Mechanical Maintenance policies, codes, and standards within the Power Station to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Works independently and offers technical mentorship to technicians and fellow engineers
• Manages sophisticated engineering tasks / maintenance activities and employs innovative solutions
• Ensures maintenance activities are completed within quality standards, budget limits, and time constraints.
• Examines identified problems and issues to determine the most effective technical and/or professional solutions
• Build, Update, Issue and Implement work plans and work orders according to OEM-Recommendation, FNs, Best Practice, Siemens internal Instructions (e.g PCM, Product Bulletins), Customer Requests
• Apply plant management system for plant related tasks (e.g. reporting faults, performing work on site, requesting material)
• Ensure own and others' Health Safety by strictly aligning with plant safety laws and processes / procedures.

What You Bring

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in operation and maintenance of combined cycle power plants
• Working experience in service/maintenance sector of industrial plants (preferably power plants
• Experience in working in a multinational culture team in a project set up environment is appreciated.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, confident in communicating at all levels
• Excellent command of English language
• Initiative, quality oriented, ability to work in a team, communication and organizational skills
• Analytic, strategic thinking, high learning curve
