How You’ll Make an Impact

• Be the primary point of contact for engineering software demand and provide license support to all internal customers;

• Ensure that the software license pool is sufficient and monitor usage for license use optimization;

• Assist Procurement with any software vendor negotiations and support software contract acquisitions & renewals;

• Have a detailed understanding of, and interpret complex software license agreements and maintenance contracts for your vendors;

• Prepare usage and financial reports using existing reporting tools;

• Master and help to enable all phases of software lifecycle management, including the planning of software acquisitions through the retirement of applications;

• Lead software license audits and software compliance efforts, proactive or vendor driven;

• Identify volume purchasing opportunities to maximize cost savings.

 What You Bring

• Very good command of English, both spoken and written;

• Bachelor's Degree in business or technical field;

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT License Management and/or Software Asset Management servicing a global organization;
