SE TI EAD CN SV Digital Officer (Location: Beijing / Shanghai)

Mission
- Responsible for the 4P perspectives (i.e. Product, Price, Promotion and Placement) of digital portfolio management towards local marketing request
- Focused on digital business and new service business model promotion in focused industrial verticals
- Keep close communication with digital R&D team for new portfolio development

What are my responsibilities
Priority
- Responsible for the PLM of DigiPlant portfolio management according to local market request (Including the portfolio standardization)
- Support sales, service BD and partner for digital business promotion in daily work
- Prepare the relevant digital solution and bidding documents for sales support
- Study local digital market and customer demanding to continuously develop and optimize the digital portfolio with R&D team
- Develop new service business model based on digital solutions
- Take full advantage of 3rd. parties’ resources to generate more customer value based on digital platform 

Implementation
- Systematically study digital industry market of focused verticals (such as, marine, offshore, fiber, metal, Oil & Gas, Chemical, power plant, etc.), collect and analyze the market intelligent information
- Collaboration with digital competence center to ensure right delivery for the market demand, through clear forecast and communication (e.g. alignment for the obstacle and solution) 
- Set up digital business promotion strategy, plan and follow up the implementation
- Monitoring and tracking the market price to make up the proposal for the price strategy and fitness to 4P
- Base on EAD CN and global business strategy, set up price strategy (considering different business properties, e.g. the distributor bonus scheme, SI specified cost, etc.) monitor the market pricing (both of competitors’ and Siemens) and propose the pricing adjustment before yearly BTA discussion accordingly
- Finalization of the sales argumentation and sales winning guide
- Collaboration with internal and external resources to form and transfer the knowledge
- Collaboration with EAD marketing activities for key events and routine promotion activities (PR, On-line, documentation) implementation
- Collaboration with service implementation and BD team to develop new service business model for service business continuous growth based on EAD CN service strategy

What do I need to qualify for this job
•More than 3 years experience of either in engineering or sales / business developer for the industry automation / digitalization application and solution is preferred
•Experience of factory asset management and maintenance or energy management is preferred
•Good knowledge base of industry automation and IT technology
•Obtain a strong self-study capability and team working attitude even in the stressful conditions sometimes
•Summarize and documentation capability
•Good capability of English is preferred, especially communication with abroad in oral
 
What else do I need to know
•Sensitive business orientation and sales skill is preferred
•Experience and knowledge of AI application in industry field is preferred
•Experience and knowledge of software architecture design or data mining is preferred
