A Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Lead to join our electrical installation team and drive digital transformation. In this role, you will lead the successful and sustainable introduction of employees to digital processes and AI, the ongoing enhancement and refinement of these processes, and the automation of data flows.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Guiding and supporting our installation managers and supervisors in all aspects of digital transformation.
• Introducing and training new digital processes for employees.
• Continuous development and improvement of existing digital processes; automating data flows that are not yet fully automated.
• Designing and implementing communication and training measures to promote acceptance and understanding of digital processes.
• Supervising and evaluating the progress and results of digital initiatives and adapting strategies as needed.
• Ensuring the application of the best methodologies in digital transformation and continuously improving methods and tools.
• Rolling out new applications and solutions on our construction sites and supporting the construction site team during the implementation phase.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or computer science, complemented by a background in electrical, electronics, controls engineering or equivalent
• Very good technical understanding in the energy sector, ideally with proven project experience in site or installation management.
• Ideally proven track record of successfully implementing digital processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and team spirit.
• Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage.
