What You Can Expect

Over the course of two years, you’ll get hands-on experience, be actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams and gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. You'll rapidly build in-depth knowledge, discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.

From day one, you will work on meaningful projects with three individually designed assignments, including one eight-month international assignment.

You will be paired with a dedicated mentor who guides you through immersive experiences, allowing you to shadow various roles and positions. This support system is designed to empower you to achieve your unique career goals while fostering substantial connections with peers and influential business leaders. Additionally, you'll gain access to a wealth of resources geared towards cultivating your professional growth.

In this role you will shape a manufacturing environment towards a data driven organization. You will get insights in engineering to order business and be an active part of the transformation we are currently facing.

The different assignments will get you a different view on the business which will enhance your learning and help us grow.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.

• Take a leading role in driving entrepreneurial initiatives, focusing on business opportunities within the dynamic and growing manufacturing market.
• Support our Cluster priorities and to provide data-driven insights.
• Collaborate on digitalization projects, leveraging your IT affinity to harness the potential of new tools and optimize existing infrastructure and processes.
• Contribute to the continuous development of our corporate culture.

What You Bring

• Significant practical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge from internships, working student activities or employment.
• A master's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Curiosity, a willingness to learn and create an impact, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working.
• Excellent English skills to work in a multi-cultural environment, flexibility, and mobility during the program .

At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of 51.315,00 € gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
