A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our 12-month Finance Internship Programme at our Camberley office (hybrid working options are available). This placement will give you an ideal starting point to get to grips with the Accounting and Controlling world from a central perspective while also giving you a window into the goings on in various businesses within Siemens Energy!

How You'll Make an Impact

You will be joining a team that is responsible for all Accounting and Controlling aspects for a number of Legal Entities. You will have a key role in month end activities including, accruals, provisions, reconciliations and audit support. You will be involved in driving process improvements and digitalisation. The placement will cover multiple financial aspects as well as providing you the ability to learn and improve skills to further your career development. Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Reporting on a monthly basis to tight deadlines.
• Ad hoc Project Management.

What You Bring

We are looking for innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following:

• Achieved or be on track to achieve any degree, but a must is showing a passion for finance
• Alternatively, have studied or studying A-levels in a Maths, Accounting or Finance based subject, achieving or predicted to achieve grade C or above
• You think logically, enjoy collaborating, and take a creative approach to problem solving with innovative solutions.
• You can work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
