Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO - Transformation to lead our cultural transformation initiatives and enhance our marketing and communication strategies within the Operational Excellence team at Grid Technology, Grid Solutions EU&AF GB&IE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, marketing, and communication, with a consistent track record of driving cultural change within an organization.

How you'll make an impact
  • Cultural Transformation: Lead and handle cultural transformation projects to develop a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Develop and implement strategies to align the organization's culture with its values and business objectives.
  • Marketing and Communication: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication plans to support transformation initiatives. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and engage partners effectively.
  • Change Management: Apply principles to ensure successful adoption of new processes and behaviors. Provide guidance and support to teams during the transition period.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key partners, including senior leadership, HR, and department heads, to drive transformation efforts. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote cultural change.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and supervise key performance indicators (critical metrics) to measure the success of transformation initiatives. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for continuous improvement in culture, marketing, and communication practices. Stay updated with industry trends and standard processes.
  • Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree/Certification in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading cultural transformation projects and change management.
  • Strong background in marketing and communication, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and report on the success of transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully implementing large-scale transformation projects.
  • Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to encourage and empower teams.
  • A demeanour geared towards achieving extraordinary results
