A Snapshot of Your Day

As an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Professional you will play a vital role in the success of our service operations and Central & Distributed projects. In this role, you will support LA Service Operations to execute activities safely and to prevent incidents.

How You’ll Make an Impact

·         Provide EHS compliance guidance to project teams

·         Support incident investigations, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of Near Miss and incidents to ensure safe work procedures are being followed with respect to Company policy, OHSA, EPA, and client/ company policy as well as applicable regulatory country laws within the specified area where work is being performed.

·         Communicate regular updates regarding injury and illness awareness and mitigating measures.

·         Support EHS data reporting and to internal and external customers.

·         Support management of Enablon system.

·         Support PPE definition and purchasing

What You Bring

• Around 2+ years of formal education in EHS related field, or relevant work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the EHS field, including concepts, practices, and procedures related to EHS. This position requires an understanding of applicable EHS relevant country regulations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the organization's business practices and issues faced and contribute to problem resolution of those issues.
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience with root cause analysis assessment and incident investigation. Knowledge of Human Factors/Human Performance is a plus.
• English and/or Portuguese is a plus
