A Snapshot of Your Day
As a working student, you will be supporting the IT Process Manager team in process documentation, training, and communication to continuously improve the quality of process usage across teams.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Cross organizational and functional coordination and planning of diverse tasks and activities
- Complete testing (such as User Acceptance Test) for new functionalities implemented in the applications used for IT Processes (i.e. ServiceNow)
- Prepare or review documentation, process descriptions and instructions to be used in communication, collaboration and/or training
- Build ad hoc reports / dashboards for critical metric reporting either in Excel, ServiceNow or PowerBI
- Ensure our SharePoint and common documentation for IT are up-to-date and maintained
What You Bring
- Ongoing studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, especially PowerPoint); experience in management reporting, data analysis, and Power BI considered an asset
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- High level of motivation, passion, and quality awareness; strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, organizational talent, and a collaborative working style
- Availability of at least one remaining year of academic studies
