A Snapshot of Your Day
Imagine joining the Competence Development team within the Aalborg blade manufacturing plant and ensuring business continuity through effective training coordination. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting operational training programs that empower our manufacturing workforce to meet production and quality standards. Your focus will be on three core areas: Training Coordination, System Administration & Documentation, and Stakeholder Support. This structure ensures the seamless planning, execution, and tracking of all training activities, from scheduling sessions to maintaining accurate employee records in our systems. Given the emphasis on administrative excellence, the ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and experience in a coordination capacity, preferably within a manufacturing or technical environment. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience managing training records are critical requirements for success.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Training Coordination (50%)
Coordinate and schedule all training activities, including booking trainers, securing training facilities, and arranging necessary equipment.
Manage the end-to-end logistics for training sessions, such as participant registration, sending invitations, and handling inquiries.
Prepare, print, and distribute physical and digital training materials to participants and trainers ahead of sessions.
Serve as the on-site point of contact during training events to resolve logistical issues and ensure a smooth delivery.
- System Administration & Documentation (30%)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee training records and certifications within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Perform regular data entry and system updates to ensure data integrity for compliance and reporting purposes.
Assist in drafting and formatting training documentation, presentations, and support materials for review by the team.
Generate and compile standard reports on training completion rates, attendance, and upcoming training needs from the LMS.
- Process Improvement & Stakeholder Support (20%)
Identify and propose improvements to existing training coordination processes and administrative workflows to increase efficiency.
Support the Competence Development team by compiling information and analyzing data for training needs assessments.
Liaise with department supervisors and employees to communicate training schedules and gather feedback.
Assist in training and reviewing the work of new or lower-level team members on administrative procedures and systems.
What You Bring
- Proven experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Strong administrative skills and experience.
- Knowledge of Group Account and GAP analysis.
- Organizational knowledge of Plant AAL and production processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
