Snapshot of Your Day: You will be responsible for the administration of training courses on the Siemens Energy Learning Platform (SELP), the Learning Management System (LMS) of Siemens Energy. You will support Training and Competence Management in the organization, creation and communication of new training courses and curricula.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Serve as a subject matter expert for tools to design e-learnings.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for our learning management system.
- Create and manage courses and curricula in the SELP
- Organize and manage appointments with the trainers
- Manage and communicate changes (from/to the trainer, participant)
- Create statistics/statuses of the training offers (registrations, cancelations, evaluations, etc.) from the SELP
- Help the experts create learning videos
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree, preferable within the field of electrical engineering or relevant and similar fields
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the administration of learning management systems.
- E-learning experience is a plus
- Knowledge of tools for creating learning videos, like screencast-videos, tutorial videos or at best web-based trainings (WBT).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English, German is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
