A Snapshot of Your Day

Engage in a dynamic and quick-growing industry that empowers tomorrow’s future by aiding us to support complex field corrections and maintenance dispositions for our North American fleet of SGRE wind turbines. A successful candidate demonstrates a good grasp of knowledge and principles of field specialization and applications and should be able to articulate successful completion of assignments. A successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate how one applies knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of key area of specialization. Typically, 2-5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.

  • Complex Troubleshooting / peer coaching
  • Site Visits
  • Involvement in top issues and Work Control Packages created for our fleet
  • Proactive support on top issues
  • Tracking personal and team Targets to achieve FY goals
  • Monthly delivery on key product overview

What You Bring

  • Advanced English level
  • Able to travel internationally
  • 2-5 years of experience in wind or degree comparable
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical diagrams
  • Experience in software systems
  • Additional skills in PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, SQL

About the Team

North America Engineering Product Technical Support is a team focused on Product knowledge and improvements. We are surrounded by support structures such as regional key experts and component experts. We are engaged with operations teams, Aftermarket teams and Sales teams to support the organization. This group has a detailed escalation pathway allowing for quick entry and solution gates. We strive to Communicate and teach our colleagues best practices and proactive approaches using technical work control packages and Data automation. Having a rounded approach of quick contact points such as ticketing systems and phone lines to a more team engagement perspective of lean projects and alarm reductions this role has in-field expectations along with remote technical product experience to guide our colleagues to solutions.
