A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Team Manager for Controls, Electrical, and Digitalization for Portugal, your day involves overseeing all contractual and labor-related topics while ensuring compliance with local operational tasks. Additionally, you will ensure that the local team operates effectively within the global organizational framework.
How you'll make an impact
- This role bridges local operational needs with global strategy. You will serve as the primary point of contact for HR matters, managing approvals and legal responsibilities for administrative topics.
- Mentor team members to improve motivation and development, while also supporting line managers in boosting team engagement.
- Actively participate in recruitment processes and provide local support for operational issues. Throughout the day, you will engage with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in people management and local operations
- Strong understanding of Portuguese labour law and HR practices
- Solution-oriented personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and empower team members optimally
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across functional and cultural boundaries
- Proficient in Portuguese and English
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
