A Snapshot of Your Day

• Detail engineering of Rotating equipment Packages, Lube oil system, cooling water systems. (I.e. detailed engineering of reciprocating compressor packages as per Siemens Energy standards, client specifications and applicable CODES.)
• Detail engineering of Lube oil system, dry Gas Seal system for single shaft Centrifugal compressor Packages as per Siemens energy standards, client specifications and applicable CODES- API 617, API 614 and API692.)
• Support Project Execution team and Project sites as and when required, Engineering solution to meet client requirement, optimum design and selection of package components meeting requirement of standards/ codes and applicable specifications.
• Pre Bid sales support for proposal development and costing of aux system, Centrifugal compressor packages.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Detail engineering activity completion as per project achievement, Preparation of Engineering specifications of Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Motor, filters, Control Valves, valves etc,
• Preparation of Key engineering Documents like Process and Instrumentation diagrams, General arrangement drawings, foundation plan, piping layout drawings, Bills of Materials, Design Input- Output scheduling, checking and approval (from client).
• To have across the table meeting with client to have approval on principle engineering documents, like P& ID, General arrangement drawings, foundation plan, pressure vessel design etc.
• Checking of key engineering Vendor documents of bought out items (like Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Filters, Strainers, pumps etc.) and to give engineering approval the earliest possible to facilitate early shipment of packages, Cost effective engineering solution and release.
• To release Engineering piping material requirements at least 20 weeks before package shipment, Cost effective engineering of Structural items (like Main skid / console skid etc...).
• Standardization of consoles, seal systems for various sizes of Reciprocation Compressor Frames and centrifugal compressor, Shop co ordination and support to facilitate smooth execution, Site support as and when required.
• Post shipment client query response within 2 weeks, To fulfill SE global Policy, Guiding Principles, Quality Policy, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 requirements and obligations.

What You Bring

• BE Mechanical / ME / B tech / M tech, proven experience of minimum 5 years in engineering of static / rotating equipment & Package items
• Domestic Travel, occasional international travel, Frequent Vendor and client visit for engineering review / approval meetings, Project site visit to tackle site issues.
• To mentor new joined engineers, Engineering Database creation to have fast cross references, Good presence of mind to face challenges.
• Face difficult working condition while on site, Flexibility to reschedule engineering activities according to Shipment plan revision.
