A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Student Worker in HR, you will support the organization with data-driven insights, structured overviews, reporting, and general administrative support. On most days, you will work with Excel-based datasets, help improve data quality, and prepare clear and concise reports or PowerPoint presentations used by both HR and business stakeholders.
You will be anchored in a local HR team in Brande (with four colleagues as your primary contacts), while also being part of a larger national HR team, including other student workers across Denmark.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Work with data and structured overviews (primarily in Excel) to support HR processes
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for HR and business stakeholders
- Handle administrative tasks, including documentation, meeting preparation, and follow-up
- Support recurring reporting tasks and contribute to developing structured ways of working
- Assist with ad hoc requests, ensuring stakeholders receive accurate and timely information
- Help create clarity and transparency in data, processes, and internal communication
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program – this could be Business, Economics, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Social Sciences, Communication, or another relevant field
- A strong analytical mindset and a structured, detail-oriented way of working
- Solid Excel skills (including formulas and pivot tables)
- The ability to communicate insights clearly – both in written reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Comfort working independently while engaging with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Curiosity, reliability, and a proactive approach to learning and taking ownership
About the Team
You will join a collaborative local HR team in Brande, where structure, quality, and knowledge sharing are core values. In addition to working closely with the Brande team, you will be connected to a national HR community, including other student workers across Denmark, creating opportunities for knowledge sharing, sparring, and a supportive network.
You will be treated as a valued team member from day one and encouraged to develop your skills over time.
