How You’ll Make an Impact
•Follow Siemens Energy business compliance rules.
•Work closely with regional sales/customer/consultants in project early stage to provide technical supports.
•Analyze customer RFQ and technical specification, collect the market intelligence (competition, customer preference, target price. etc.) to define bid/win strategy with commercial and management team.
•Coordinate cross-functional resource (engineering, commercial, planning, PM, manufacturing, testing. etc.) and lead the bidding process from technical clarifications, competitive offer, progress follow-up, commercial negotiation until contract award and project handover.
•Develop business/present Siemens Energy value/improve customer relationship and hit rate through customer visits, participation in technical/negotiation meetings with customer.
•As business owner, achieve the OI (Order intake) and Profit target.
•Conduct the lesson learn from PM, engineering, procurement, operations etc. from the executed project including the cost analysis.
•Perform the project loss analysis together with regional sales from the market.
What You Bring
•Bachelor degree and above. Major in Engineering, Automation and etc.
•Good command of English speaking
•>2 years in transformer engineering or sales relevant
•Extensive product knowledge on transmission, power distribution, power plants, mechanical
•Strong interpersonal skills to work with multi-cultural colleagues, customers
•Work proactive, be problem solver and take charge of difficult situations
•Be structure, good planning skills
•Willingness to travel at a short notice
•High level of ownership and integrity
