How You’ll Make an Impact

1. Maintain and improve the EHS management system (ISO 14001& OHSAS 18001, etc.) and processes thereby ensuring compliance of EHS laws and regulations, and optimal EHS performance.维护和改进EHS管理体系(ISO14001&OHSAS18001等)及流程，确保公司运作持续符合EHS法律法规的要求，并取得理想的EHS绩效。
2. Drive the implementation of EHS requirements from Siemens Energy and relevant parties in the company in time, and continuously follow up.推进SE集团内部及相关方关于EHS的要求在公司的执行，并持续跟进。
3. Fire safety management, special equipment and special operations management to comply with the requirements of laws, regulations and etc.消防安全管理，特种设备及特种作业管理使之各符合法律法规及相关要求。
4. EHS supervision and management at work sites, following up EHS inspections, risk assessment and elimination, incident investigation, EHS improvement and etc.工作现场EHS监督管理，EHS检查、风险评估及隐患整改、事故调查分析，EHS改善等的跟进。
5. Organize/conduct the EHS trainings, including but not limited to the EHS trainings to new employees, EHS trainings to contractors, EHS training on specific operations and etc.组织/主导EHS培训，包括但不限于新入职员工、承包商作业、特定作业安全等培训。
6. Follow up the EHS dept. daily and routine tasks (inspections reports, monthly reports, EHS meeting, EHS purchasing, files documentation, and etc.)跟进其它EHS部门日常事务(检查报告、月度报告、EHS会议、EHS采购、文件记录整理等)。

What You Bring

1. Bachelor degree or above with major in safety, environment or related fields.安全、环境或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. At least 3 years relevant working experience in foreign manufacturing enterprises, preferred in mechanical or electrical industry.外资生产型企业3年以上EHS相关工作经验，机械、电气等行业优先
3. Be familiar with EHS laws, regulations and standards, and preferred to be qualified with the national registered safety engineer and EHS system auditor.熟悉EHS法律法规及标准，具备国家注册安全工程师资质及EHS管理体系审核员资质者优先
4. Good verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English, including report writing and presentations. 良好的中、英文口头及书面表达能力，包括报告、演示文稿的撰写。
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external organization.良好的人际沟通技能以与内、外部组织间建立良好的关系。
6. Capable of working effectively and practically under pressures and challenges. 高效，务实，能承担压力及挑战。
