As an Industrial Engineer at Siemens Energy, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic and stimulating environment where every day presents new challenges and opportunities. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Design and optimize production line layout, process, and material flow with lean or digitalization concept
- Performs and evaluates work measurement and workflow analysis for the establishment of standards and the utilization of facilities and fixtures
- Meets established standards and ensures control of such factors as cost, efficiency, quality, safety
- Work together with process engineer team, develop production roadmap to automation and digitalization direction. Enhance production assembly standard lever
What You Bring
- At least 3-5 years industrial manufacturing engineering experience with automation or digitalization of operational activities
- 1+ years’ experience working on MES implementation in manufacturing
- Lean management experience and familiar with lean and digital tools and methods
- Experience implements improvement project as a leader
- Experience with manufacturing applications such as QMS, FMEA, 8D etc
