Repair Network Projects Lead
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a projects lead in the Siemens Energy Aero-derivative Gas Turbines (“AGT”) Repair Network team you will be involved in both repair network agreements and Projects workstreams. Reporting to the head of the Repair Network, you will support the business in ensuring there is full Repair and Overhaul capability to support global fleet requirements.
How you’ll Make an Impact
- Responsible for the review, management and progression of Repair Vendor licensing.
- Responsible for the review, management, progression and governance of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Centre (MROC) provisions.
- Support the commercial manager with preparation and follow-up actions relating to the negotiation of licensing with MROCs and Repair Vendors.
- Providing general operational support to the Warwick AGT business and the Head of Repair Networks.
- Provide specific business trading support to the Repair Executive Component Repair programme.
- Lead the repair network PMO, ensuring the team have the relevant tools to manage projects, and manage the associated standard diary.
- Support the commercial manager in developing commercial proposals for MROC capability improvement projects.
- Support cost out initiatives.
- Consult with finance to ensure financial targets are on track.
- Lead power turbine capability projects with regional service centers and MROCs, in addition to leading Power Turbine management reviews.
- Lead repair network specific commercial projects that cover the full product line that the repair network manages.
What You Bring
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in either business management, Engineering, or Project Management and Planning.
- Knowledge of Gas Turbines is beneficial.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- 2 years of experience.
- IT literate and familiar with Microsoft Office suite, SAP, PLM2020 to support business and department needs.
- · Good written and spoken English.
