A Snapshot of Your Day

  • You will be responsible for leading the efforts to win back Recip clients or units in the service area
  • You will develop and execute strategies to drive the growth of our Recip Winback business, identify growth opportunities, and increase the competitiveness of our Recip offerings

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and implement strategies to win back Recip clients or units in the service area (incl. Spare Parts, Repairs, Field Service and M&U)
  • Identify growth opportunities and increase the competitiveness of our Recip offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find opportunities for Recip Winback business growth and develop plans to capitalize on them, Work with regional GS and CP organizations to create and implement go-to-market strategies for Recip Winback solutions, Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
  • Introduce technological breakthroughs that bring overall value in Reliability, Availability and Maintainability, like monitoring systems, field virtual reality, control and lubrication solutions
  • Monitor and analyze market and competitor activity to find opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field, Proven experience of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or marketing in the industrial or manufacturing sectors
  • Strong understanding of Recip compressors and its applications in the compression business, Consistent record of developing and driving successful growth strategies
  • Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
