A Snapshot of Your Day

A Primavera Planner for construction creates, manages, and updates detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, coordinating with teams (engineers, contractors) to track progress, analyze delays, report status, and ensure timely, budget-compliant project delivery, handling everything from baseline schedules to EOT claims and resource management.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Schedule Development & Maintenance: Build and maintain comprehensive project schedules (baselines, look-aheads) using Primavera P6, including resource and cost loading.
  • Progress Monitoring: Update progress, analyze S-curves, and track actual vs. planned performance weekly.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with project managers, engineers, site teams, and subcontractors for input and updates.
  • Reporting: Generate progress reports, performance forecasts, and schedule health checks for management and clients.
  • Delay & Claim Analysis: Identify delays, analyze impacts, and assist in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential issues, develop recovery programs, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to contract requirements and scheduling specifications (e.g., USACE). 

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (and other planning tools like CCS Candy).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, project controls, and contract conditions.
  • A practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
