As a Product Quality control, the review of characteristics has relevance because small details have large economic consequences. The Quality Coach must focus on executing his work with the required precision and identifying possible risks, having an adequate interaction between the Quality-Design-Production departments. He must coach Production in the performance of self-responsibility in the quality assurance of the manufacturing processes. Verify the stages of the manufacturing process based on specifications, engineering drawings and standards, quality procedures and standards, to meet customer requirements and plant needs, with respect to the environment, safety, health and adherence to safe work practices and prevention of illegal activities.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Use your experience to monitor processes to ensure that they are satisfactory, and in case of finding something that according to your experience does not comply, stop and alert the responsible area to resolve the finding. This includes the verification of components at floor level and sometimes also of components already assembled in the tanks, eventually requiring working at heights of up to 6 meters, and entering confined sites.
- and if necessary, involve and obtain support from different areas for the solution of these situations; as well as verify the cleaning conditions of the product and area to avoid contamination and guide the personnel in this regard, to comply with the cleaning requirements.
- related to the problems found in the process or product and ensure the implementation of corrective actions derived with the search for recurrence in these nonconformities.

What You Bring
- High School
- At least one year of experience in manufacturing/production areas or within the inspection areas.
- Knowledge of transformer components, mainly insulation, coils, connections, active part
- Knowledge of metal mechanical parts
- Interpretation of technical drawing
- General knowledge of transformer (function, applications, components)
- Office software skills
- General knowledge of ISO 9001 Standard.
- Skills / Competencies - Proactive, Responsible, Decision making, Execution, Customer focus, change management, team player, communication skills, assertiveness.
- Availability to rotate shifts, driver's license, weekend work.
