Join our dynamic team as a Performance Controller for our GT Sales SWE HUB! In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with the SWE management to steer and enhance financial performance. You will analyze data, uncover trends, and provide essential guidance on all controlling-related matters. Collaborating with the Execution Unit business controlling team and colleagues across various regions, you will have daily opportunities to improve processes, digitalize workflows, and deepen your analytical skills—transforming data into valuable strategic insights.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the Finance Head of the SWE Region by providing strategic, analytical, and operational insights to facilitate effective decision-making and execution of the Hub Strategy.
- Prepare consolidated financial data and reports for the SWE region, ensuring alignment with both regional and global objectives.
- Act as a liaison between the Finance Head and country-level finance teams, ensuring effective communication and implementation of financial priorities across the region.
- Ensure Order Entry data is consistently integrated into financial reports for all SWE countries, maintaining accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.
- Analyze and monitor Order Entry and other key financial KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the Finance Head to address trends, risks, and opportunities, with a special focus on International Business.
What You Bring
- A Master’s and/or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance/Accounting, or a related field, complemented by relevant professional experience.
- High proficiency in digital tools and a strong interest in process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret, structure, and visualize complex financial data for diverse internal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of business operations and financial impacts, enabling you to independently prepare clear facts and figures for management decision-making.
- Advanced English skills, with additional languages being a plus, along with a collaborative, dynamic, results-oriented personality and strong networking and communication abilities.
