Join our dynamic team as a Project Operational Buyer, where you will play a crucial role in the procurement process of goods and services from start to finish. Envision collaborating with a diverse project team, engaging with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery while adhering to our company’s contractual obligations. You will be responsible for creating purchase orders in our ERP system, handling logistics, and monitoring supplier performance. Your proactive approach will help streamline operations and enhance the overall efficiency of our projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Search for and propose optimized technical-economic solutions in collaboration with the project team, including supplier selection and negotiation.
• Manage the entire order process, ensuring compliance with purchasing rules and project-specific requirements.
• Collect and monitor logistics documentation, ensuring timely delivery and proper organization of goods.
• Create and maintain a procurement tracking table, coordinating with the financial manager on percentage of completion forecasts.
• Alert the project team to any delays, budget deviations, or supply risks, ensuring smooth project execution.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, and logistics activities, with strong negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus, along with a solid understanding of ERP systems.
• Professional proficiency in English and French, enabling effective communication with diverse partners.
• A proactive and meticulous approach, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Ability to work autonomously while establishing strong follow-up with suppliers and internal teams.

Further we are EPC contractor for high voltage converter stations -whether it is onshore or offshore- for transmission highways, high voltage substations and other grid technology projects to make electricity supply fit for future.
