- Providing legal guidance to business partners within the Siemens Energy group on a variety of IP-related national and international projects, as well as drafting and negotiating contracts, including: joint development and cooperation agreements for research and development collaborations, M&A projects, Commercial transactions
- Guiding the business partners through the regulatory frameworks related to product and occupational safety and environmental legal aspects relevant for our business
- Developing and providing trainings for legal colleagues as well as business partners
- Encouraging an organizational culture of ownership, empowerment, transparency, speak up, inclusion and diversity
- Collaborating closely with the global Siemens Energy Legal & Compliance community
- Fully qualified lawyer or equivalent degree
- Long-term proven professional experience as lawyer or legal counsel in the field of IP Law and Product Liability Law
- Customer focused personality and ability to balance multiple demands at the same time
- Passion to enable business transactions efficiently and inspire change
- Good communication skills combined with intercultural sensitivity and competence
- Excellent language skills in verbal and written German and English
