You will be working in close collaboration with departments and partners to bring together and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and architectural concepts. You must possess good communication and analytical skills.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Design and implement strategies to efficiently transition to new technologies and processes. 
• Understand software and API architectures for integrating backend systems and external services with a focus on security standards.
• Knowledge of databases, both relational and NoSQL, aligned with application needs and requirements.
• Define microservices architectures to ensure a modular, scalable, and maintainable system structure.
• Understand code and ensure compliance with design and security standards, while encouraging the adoption of effective development methods within the team.
• Devise on and select appropriate programming languages and frameworks and integrate into existing system landscapes.
• Support the optimization of system architectures for performance, especially with large data volumes and real-time requirements.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of work experience post degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience as an IT Business Partner, IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Capable of engaging with partners at any level focusing on strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently in multi-functional teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective structures to ensure integrity and performance.
• Knowledge and experience crafting software and API architectures including proficient in designing and implementing data models for sophisticated applications and systems.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and their runtimes (e.g. C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and services.
• Fluent in English.
