Snapshot of Your Day

The Head of Factory Sales Department is responsible for leading and managing the sales operations within the factory. This role involves developing and implementing factory sales strategies, managing the factory sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Contribute and collaborate to the development of sales strategies to achieve the company's sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement factory sales strategies
  • Lead, manage, and empower the team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with important customers and collaborators.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to see potential opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Operate within a matrix organization, collaborating closely with the EMEA sales team to align strategies and achieve regional sales goals.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Many years of experience in the field of sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Hungarian is required.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

About the Team

You will be part of a professional Team which will be there to guide and assist you, throughout your daily tasks. Location: Csepel (District 21st)

Organizational Relations

  • Reports to the Head of Factory, and functionally to EMEA Sales.
  • Collaborates with various departments including marketing, production, and customer service.
