A Snapshot of Your Day

This role supports the HR team in Asia Pacific by implementing regional strategies, managing HR communications, and standardizing policies. It also focuses on enhancing employee engagement and handling daily HR administrative tasks. Collaboration with diverse stakeholders on HR initiatives is key.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support the HR team in the implementation of Regional HR Strategy in Asia Pacific
  • Handle HR communication activities across the region, eg, Sharepoint pages, communication materials and slides, etc
  • Review internal HR policies within the countries across the region to achieve standardisation
  • Support local HR activities to enhance employee engagement and talent retention
  • Collaborate and engage with diverse collaborators on various HR initiatives
  • Support on administrative tasks related to daily, operational HR activities according to predetermined guidelines and procedures for assigned organizations.

What You Bring

  • Undergraduate or equivalent experience in HR, Communication, Business or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong command of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Self-motivated individual with initiative and self-directed working style
  • Passionate about working on regional HR initiatives and topics
  • Eager to learn and work in a multi-cultural environment
  • You are flexible and committed, as you will be working in a global and regional working environment
