A Snapshot of Your Day

You will work as a Generative AI Agent Developer, designing and building custom Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI Foundry. Your day will involve close collaboration with global stakeholders to understand complex business challenges, analyze issues, and translate requirements into innovative AI-driven solutions. You will contribute to the development and deployment of new applications, support business users through consulting, and continuously improve solutions by staying current with evolving technologies in the Generative AI and Microsoft ecosystem.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Design and build custom Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Analyze symptoms and identify root causes of complex issues raised by customers and end-users.
  • Perform user consulting for new and existing business requirements.
  • Understand business needs and develop corresponding functional and technical product requirements.
  • Develop and implement new applications aligned with business objectives.
  • Enforce and promote a high-quality customer service culture.
  • Stay up to date with technological changes through internal and external training programs.

What You Bring

  • 6–8 years of total IT experience.
  • 1–2+ years of proven experience in Generative AI agent development, preferably using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI Foundry.
  • Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agentic AI principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint integrations.
  • Knowledge of Azure OpenAI Foundry is an added advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills within a global environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and within a team to achieve objectives.
  • Clear, logical, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated maturity in handling situations and understanding business requirements.
  • High responsiveness and keen perception.
