Every single day, you will be out in the field, performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing outstanding technical support to ensure the flawless operation of our energy systems. Your role is vital in ensuring that our clients experience minimal downtime and that our services remain world class. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Assisting in Major Overhauling of Hydraulic and SF6 Systems for HV GIS, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of MV/HV GIS, Maintenance of MV/HV GIS. Responsible for supervising Maintenance activity on HV / MV GIS under instructions of GIS Specialist.
• Installation, Testing and Commissioning of MV / LV Switchgear Systems and Transformers. Carrying out Repair works at site on MV / LV and Transformer Systems. Carry out Control / Protection wiring works. Assist the Site Engineer in Testing and Commissioning tests. Carry out maintenance work of switch gear / Circuit breaker  / transformers / protection equipment at 300 / 132 / 33 / 11 kV sub-station sites.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure efficient equipment performance.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
• Maintain detailed service reports and documentation for each service visit.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to strictly uphold workplace safety.

What You Bring

• Diploma or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a field service role, preferably within the energy sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of successfully addressing technical issues.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and field service management software.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in various field conditions.
