A Snapshot of Your Day
The Training Coordinator is responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training programs within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, developing training materials, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively. The Training Coordinator will also track training progress and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Collaborate with department heads and employees to refine Skills and Training Matrix to identify needs and skills gaps.
- Design and develop training programs and materials that align with organizational goals and employee needs.
- Create and refine instruction materials, including process inspections, presentations, e-learning modules, and examinations.
- Schedule, coordinate, and deliver training sessions, workshops and qualification boards.
- Create and establish and Auditing program, in coordination with Quality, to ensure personnel and process are satisfactory.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or 10+ years of related Training Experience preferred.
- Proven experience as a training coordinator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
