Join us as a Project Manager, where you will be at the forefront of driving Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes! Imagine being the vital link that connects technical execution with business needs, ensuring that product changes and configurations are implemented with precision. You will collaborate seamlessly with product development, sales, and manufacturing teams, providing expert guidance on product configurations and project-specific Options and Features (O&F). Your insights will help evaluate feasibility, clarify timelines, and align customer requirements with development priorities, making a direct impact on the successful delivery of wind turbine products tailored to market demands.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will organize and facilitate board meetings to prioritize product changes, track implementation progress, and ensure timely execution.
• You will respond to inquiries regarding product options and features, providing accurate development timelines and assisting in configuration planning for proposals.
• You will oversee and maintain accurate product configuration data across manufacturing and installed turbines in various wind farms.
• You will act as the central point of contact between engineering, sales, and operations to ensure transparency and alignment on priorities.
• You will prepare clear, concise monthly reports summarizing ECM implementation status, Options & Features development progress, and configuration updates.

What You Bring

A passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change. We are also looking for:

• A BSc or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Wind Energy, or a related technical field.
• A solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and the ability to assess structural and operational risks in complex systems.
• Proven track record in managing product development projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
• Hands-on experience with TeamCenter, SharePoint, and SAP systems for managing engineering data and workflows.
• Exceptional ability to organize tasks, present information clearly, follow up on actions, and deliver high-quality reports and presentations.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken), with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Reporting directly to the Product Introduction Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Sales, and Manufacturing—to ensure smooth execution of Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes and accurate Product Configuration development. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency, making a meaningful impact on our projects and the renewable energy sector as a whole.
