A Snapshot of Your Day

As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and lifetime of our direct drive (DD) offshore wind turbine fleet.

Your work will span from deep technical investigations to close collaboration with experts across engineering, service, and product development. You will take ownership of complex technical challenges, apply structured analytical methods, and deliver sustainable solutions.

By turning field data into actionable insights, you will directly contribute to fleet-wide improvements, stronger customer satisfaction, and the continued advancement of renewable energy.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Own and drive technical case resolution across DD offshore platforms
• Perform structured root cause analyses to identify and eliminate underlying issues
• Develop and implement retrofit solutions that improve performance and reliability
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing and sharing key learnings
• Ensure safe and reliable operations while delivering value to customers and stakeholders

What You Bring

• Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, combined with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Apply a structured and analytical approach to problem solving, with strong attention to quality and detail
• Communicate complex topics clearly and professionally to diverse stakeholders
• Have experience with (or interest in) methodologies such as 8D, risk assessment, and data analysis tools
• Demonstrate strong customer focus and thrive in a collaborative, international environment

You will be part of a highly skilled team within Global Service Engineering, acting as the technical authority for the DD offshore platform.
