A regular day involves coordinating pre‑assembly site activities to keep logistics and schedules on track. This includes working closely with transport contractors, vessel agents, and stevedores to support daily port operations, as well as managing the flow of nacelle logistics and standstill maintenance between the factory, port, and project sites. There is a strong focus on safety through routine HSE discussions, site walks, and inspections, alongside ongoing engagement with key stakeholders such as the Port Authority, and when transport activities are scheduled at night, joining operations as required to ensure safe and smooth execution.

• Ensure safe, compliant, and high‑quality execution of daily construction activities, aligned with project specifications, site programs, and legal requirements.
• Optimize resource utilization by planning construction activities to meet project schedules and milestones.
• Prevent delays and rework by proactively identifying and resolving specification and drawing discrepancies.
• Maintain construction continuity by ensuring timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower on site.

Deputy Port Operations Manager (DPOM) shall support the Port Operations Manager (POM) to lead and manage the permanent team in Port of Taichung. Coach and develop the team according to the skill sets needed within the port. He/she needs to ensure team members are developed and operate according to company's process and procedures.

The DPOM will support the POM to ensure overall HSE governance for their respective Ports is maintained. The DPOM will support all site operations including Sales & Tender activities to ensure the port is utilized at all times.

• Leads day‑to‑day execution of component transport operations, including quay–factory import/export and deliveries to PA project sites
• Supports in overseeing factory and port standstill maintenance for Hub, GE/Backend, and nacelles
• Ensures safe, compliant, and efficient port operations, escalating risks and issues to the Manager as required

• Acts as a key operational interface with the Port Authority, supporting regulatory compliance and operational approvals
• on vessel operations at the public quay, ensuring smooth execution of planned activities
• Supports the tendering team with operational planning, cost logic, and execution assumptions, ensuring alignment with on‑site capabilities
• Drives on‑time component delivery and supports quality preservation of nacelles and modules through effective standstill maintenance
• Monitors costs and supports avoidance of non‑conformance (NC) impacts within POT scope
