A Snapshot of Your Day
We are looking for an Offshore Construction Operation Manager to join our international Offshore Construction Operations team. In this role, you will lead, develop, and manage a team of 30–40 offshore technicians. You will ensure high performance, maintain discipline standards, support recruitment efforts, and drive the personal and technical development of your team. This position offers a dynamic and diverse work environment, extensive learning and development opportunities, and the chance to contribute to the success of major offshore wind projects around the world.


How You’ll Make an Impact
• Lead and manage a team of 30–40 offshore technicians, acting as a role model for safety and compliance.
• Ensure technicians meet all training, certification, and equipment requirements before offshore assignments.
• Drive workforce engagement through clear communication, fair performance management, and employee development.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing levels, and resource planning to maintain strong team capacity.
• Support employee growth through structured development processes and identify talent for progression.
• Apply corrective actions when needed, ensuring adherence to Siemens Standards of Conduct.
• Maintain accurate employee allocation and availability using planning tools across multiple functions and countries.
• Conduct regular visits to offshore construction sites and remain closely connected with field teams.
• Provide timely operational updates to management and ensure smooth coordination across the organization.


What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in operations management, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading a team of 30–40 technicians in an industrial or construction environment (Offshore experience is welcomed but not mandatory).
• Experience or readiness for international cooperation; prior work in multinational organizations is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel 30–40 days per year globally.
• Strong interpersonal skills: self-driven, persistent, open, and highly communicative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong team player.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
