As Commercial Project Manager, you will coordinate and be responsible for all financial aspects of the project to ensure commercially sound management and obtain the best possible cost/benefit ratio, where you will work together with the PM and the project execution team to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact

·       Ensure a smooth project handover by analyzing customer requirements and assessing the commercial and contractual feasibility for implementation.

• Manage and optimize financial outcomes, including revenue, costs, project gross profit, cash flow, and financing instruments, with professional diligence. Manage controlling tasks of BU (budgeting, forecasting, ESPRIT, focus plus, conducting balance sheet & OCC reviews, A/R status, SG&A etc.)

·       Conduct project forecasting, reporting, analysis, and prepare estimates to complete, ensuring accurate financial tracking.

·       Ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and laws while maintaining accurate cost and pricing calculations, and preparing all necessary commercial documentation.

·       Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage project risks and opportunities, as well as handle change orders and claims with contractual partners.

·       Manage foreign currency risks according to hedging guidelines and support procurement and logistics for the project.

·       Address the requirements of various stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, and internal management, while managing project guarantees, bonds, and insurance.

·       Work effectively with diverse individuals, demonstrating sensitivity to cultural differences, managing pressure during peak execution periods, and resolving conflicts in challenging situations.

What You Bring

·       Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required with minimum of 2 years of experience as Commercial Project Manager for S category projects.

·       Certification in commercial project management is preferred.

·       Familiarity with project management methods, processes, and tools is essential.

·       Experience with business processes related to project execution, sales, and purchasing.

·       Understanding of accounting principles (FRGs), asset management, and contract/claim management.

·       Strong command of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency with relevant SAP modules.

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, along with experience in forecasting, reporting, analysis, and business controlling.
