A Snapshot of Your Day
Our team is actively supporting the Siemens Energy Governance Framework to enable Compliance with legislation and internal requirements.
We define Procurement Standards ensuring adherence to internal and external regulations fulfilling relevant multi-stakeholder expectations and implementing necessary internal controls.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Supports the P2P Governance owner to improve the technical functionalities of the P2P control framework (inclusive tool functionalities and controls logic)
- Engage with the P2P community (enhance knowledge sharing via training, best practice; improve quality of alert closing via regular checks; support in P2P alert remediation, parametrization and risk mitigation at legal entity level and at global level)
- Supports improving the P2P reporting structure to increase transparency on global as well as on legal entity level
- Define and implement global and/or local KPIs/Dashboards
- Engage with different departments (Finance, Assurance, Regional Management, etc) for special task force activities (required enhancements to be implemented, audits)
- Provides periodic management reporting for P2P control framework
What You Bring
- You have a bachelor’s degree in economics and/or Finance, Business Administration, IT, or similar fields of activity
- You have more than 2 years’ work experience in Finance, Procurement, IT or related fields of activity
- You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing, other languages would be an advantage
- Have a special drive for automation/AI enhanced capabilities to improve the P2P control framework
- SAP expert skills (certifications in SAP would be an advantage)
- You have very good communication skills and international stakeholder management skills and are willing to work in an international team

Our team is responsible for guaranteeing operational performance and budget adherence of HR Systems & Services, ensuring, and maintaining fit-for-purpose HR systems and processes, safeguarding end-to-end delivery while promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation.
