Despre rol
The Business Administration Professional is a member of the Finance Service Operations team in Asia Pacific region representing Bangladesh, working in close partnership with Field Services Operations and Tool Depot teams to ensure integrity of data, timely billing to internal customers, handling required agreements and commercial processing of services provided to other locations. This role is responsible for driving commercial excellence, with a strong focus on cost control, overall performance, growth and regional topics.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Business administration management and controlling of service operations activities and regional tasks
• Timely cost center reporting, proposing and taking measures to ensure targets are reached or their improvements
• Analysis of actual financial performance and preparation of forecast/budget
• Analysis and support of CAPEX initiatives
• Interface to other locations and regions, including commercial management of internal Service Level Agreements and THOP Agreements
• Monitoring business processes aiming to search areas of efficiency and effectiveness improvements
• Billing productive work to internal customers in the country and overseas
• Support in concluding required agreements/contracts when providing services overseas
• Monitoring timely cash collection
• Participation in regional initiatives on digitalization and automation
• Interfacing and close collaboration with stakeholders such as legal, resource planning, supply chain management, Tax and Accounting, as well as the regional team
• Any other commercial and financial duties assigned
What You Bring
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business administration or an equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience at controlling / managing finance
• Knowledge of accounting logic, connection of accounting entries to financial statements, P&L drivers
• Advanced knowledge in SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point), Power BI knowledge would be an advantage
• Readiness to work in the office not less than 60% per week as well as readiness for business trips, when required
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
