A Snapshot of Your Day


As a Training Coordinator, you will be at the center of our learning and development operations, responsible for the comprehensive administration of our Learning Management System (LMS). Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth delivery of training programs by managing courses, curricula, and user data within the platform. This role requires a meticulous and organized individual who can serve as a subject matter expert for our learning technologies. 


You will collaborate closely with trainers, subject matter experts, and employees to coordinate training schedules, manage enrollments, and communicate any changes effectively. Your responsibilities will include organizing appointments, handling logistics for both virtual and in-person sessions and providing first-level support to users navigating the LMS. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships and ensuring a positive learning experience for all participants. 


How You’ll Make an Impact


  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), managing all courses and curricula creation. 
  • Maintain the integrity of the LMS by managing user profiles, enrollments, and learning paths. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS for end-users and trainers. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the LMS and associated e-learning design tools. 
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), managing all courses and curricula creation. 
  • Maintain the integrity of the LMS by managing user profiles, enrollments, and learning paths. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS for end-users and trainers. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the LMS and associated e-learning design tools. 
  • Generate and distribute regular reports on training activities, including registrations, completions, and evaluations. 
  • Analyze training data to provide statistics and insights on the effectiveness of learning programs. 

What You Bring 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related administrative software tools. 
  • Strong administrative support capabilities, including organization, planning, and task prioritization. 
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, with attention to accuracy and detail. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment. 
  • Customer‑service‑oriented mindset with strong verbal and written communication and active listening skills. 
  • Language proficiency: Portuguese (fluent), plus intermediate Spanish or intermediate English.
