• Support internal and external communication activities (e.g. intranet, internal social platforms, LinkedIn) and to creating communication materials such as presentations, visuals, short texts, and overviews
• Support storytelling and visibility of Venture Clienting activities, startup collaborations, and pilot projects
• Support planning and preparation of a Venture Clienting / Innovation event scheduled for May and to the daily activities of the Venture Clienting team
• Assist with agenda coordination, speaker alignment, logistics, and invitations and execution of the event and post-event communication activities
• Assist with meeting preparation, documentation, and stakeholder coordination and to the ad-hoc tasks and ongoing projects
• Conduct basic research and help structure information for internal use

• Current studies with a focus on economics, communication, marketing, innovation, sustainability, engineering, or a comparable field
• Fluent German skills are mandatory, with very good English skills
• Interest in innovation, startups, and technology-driven topics
• Strong communication skills and a structured, reliable way of working
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
• Confident with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams); experience with communication tools or social media platforms is a plus
