A Snapshot of Your Day

You will support Implementation of Series Changes : Assisting in documenting and tracking engineering changes (ECR/ECO); Coordinating with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure accurate execution of change implementation plans and , monitoring and reporting on progress and impact of implemented changes on production lines.

You will participate in Prototype Industrialization: Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to support the transition from prototype to serial production; assisting in preparing and updating work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures; developing tools, and identifying potential production issues.

• Helping to accomplish company goals.

What You Bring

• University degree in electrical engineering or related field (highly valued), or significant experience in the electrical/electronic/renewable energy sector.
• B2 or C1 level English proficiency and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and persuasion skills, with a thorough, methodical, and customer focused approach.
